• A report telling if there are issues with the navigation structure (you do not want to lose customers due to a poorly designed interface)
• A starting point for your Search Engine Optimization strategy (your webmaster or web designer can begin working on your website SEO just by using our report)

Key-phrase Search/Targeting – Location, location, location!
This step is critical for your customers to be able to find you when they search for your products and/or services. Key-phrases should match what net-surfers are typing into the search window. This analysis includes:

• An evaluation of your competitors and/or phrases not yet thought of that can deliver new leads (any new lead has the potential to make a sale)

This service is a customized Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Strategy. We can provide all the services you need. The hourly cost is tailored for fast interventions. For larger projects, we prefer to quote services not by the hour, but by the project. We perform this service exclusively on a retainer basis (minimum of 8 hours).

Our SEO Consulting time costs only $70.00 per hour

Content creation and management
You have probably heard the phrase "content is king." This statement is certainly on target when you are seeking higher search engine rankings. Search engines, especially Google, rank at or near the top websites with good and frequently updated content that is SEO compliant. This reasonably priced service includes:

• Article writing and submission
• Press releases and submission
• Blog design and maintenance with blog posting (blogging builds branding and awareness but is not to be confused with pushing or hyping your product)

SEO Key-phrase Ranking – A must have service
We provide a ranking report of your main key-phrases for major Search Engines (the number of key-phrases multiplied by the number of search engines cannot exceed 100).

• Will be delivered to you via six e-mails every 15 days (for a minimum three month commitment)
• Will provide feedback of your SEO efforts
• Is a stand-alone service (does not require the subscription of other services)
• Will use your 15-25 key-phrases to perform a ranking check (if you have purchased our Key-phrase Search/Targeting services, we will use those phrases)
• Will provide an analysis of up to three of your competitors
• Lists other websites linking to yours

Raw Log Reporting
If you have access to your server's raw logs, we will perform an in-depth analysis of your logs. This will track how your website visitors arrived at your website. You will learn through which Search Engine and using which particular key-phrase your potential customers were able to find you. [Please note that this service has nothing to do with the simple statistics graph normally provided by your hosting company.] This bi-monthly analysis requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and is delivered to you via e-mail.

The cost for the Raw Log Reporting is only $99.00 per month (minimum 3 months)

Server Downtime Alerts – A must have service
